Albert Einstein :

On 14 March 1879 Albert Einstein was born, a theoretical physicist, widely acknowledged to be one of the greatest physicist of all time. Einstein is known widely for developing theory of relativity, and also the development of the theory of quantum mechanics. His work is also known for its influence on the philosophy of science.

He received the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics for his services to theoretical physics, and especially for his discovery of law of Photoelectric Effect. 

He was born at Ulm, Kingdom of Wurttemberg, German Empire. He died on 18 April 1955. He done his education in Federal Polytechnic School in Zurich and later at University of Zurich. Einstein received various awards and honours, for his various discoveries.


Pi Day 

Pi Day is an annual celebration of the mathematical constant π(pi). Pi Day is celebrated on March 14.

It was founded in 1988 by Larry Shaw, an employee of Exploratourium. Significance of pi is 3,1 and 4 are the three most significant figures of π in its decimal representation. It was first celebrated in year 1988.

The entire month of March 2014 (3/14) was observed by some as 'Pi Month'. In the year 2015, March 14 was Celebrated as "Super Pi Day".
